My Time

My Time is for parent/Carers of children with a disability, developmental delay or chronic medical condition. It is a place to unwind and talk about experiences. Sessions address specific topics of interest to the group.

Mixed Blessings

A support group for parents and carers of children with a disability. The group provides an opportunity for parents and carers to relax, take some time out to focus on looking after themselves, and a place to share stories and information.
