Complementary therapies

There are a number of complementary therapies such as homeopathy, cranio-sacral therapy, osteopathy, Feldenkrais, chiropractic and aromatherapy, which are thought to assist in the holistic approach to development.

Homeopathy is based on the principle of "like cures like". Minute does of homeopathic preparations are prescribed to assist the immune system to combat allergens, illness or imbalances.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach that examines lifestyle and diet. Looking at the presence of heavy metals or allergens in the body, naturopaths analyse samples of blood, urine and hair and make individual recommendations.
