Biofeedback
Biofeedback involves the use of computer software
linked to the body to measure physiological responses such
as heart rate, skin temperature, and respiration rate. Sensors
provide readings to a computer screen, which can assist
individuals to recognise their bodily signs of stress, and
the effects of relaxation. This process helps to improve
self-regulation and management of anxiety and aggression.
