Vitamin B6 and magnesium: Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) therapy has been used since the 1960s and has been reported to improve sleep, language, attention and behaviour. It is given with magnesium to help the body use the B6. There is also evidence suggesting B6 and magnesium should be given with supplemental doses of other B group vitamins.
